TONY P. GILLISSE, CPA

In his work, he directs all types of client engagements, reviews financial statements and tax returns, and assists with business valuations. Originally from Kentwood, Michigan, Tony graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1999. Tony has CPA certification in Indiana and Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana and Illinois State CPA Societies.

Tony offers his time and knowledge to the community as well. Presently, Tony serves on the board of directors as treasurer for Dunebrook, a child abuse prevention organization and child advocacy center; in the past, Tony also served as president and treasurer of Dunebrook. Additionally, he leads the business and finance operations of his local church. Previously, Tony served on the board of directors as treasurer for Save the Dunes, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserve, protect, and restore the Indiana dunes. He finds that it worthwhile to be involved in local organizations and understands that it is difficult for organizations to find people to serve from professional services roles. When Tony is not buried in tax returns, he can usually be found enjoying time with his family and rooting for his kids at their sporting events.
